My husband and I live in Spokane but we’re in Portland frequently so we stop in Happy Valley every time we’re out there. I love their strawberry lemonade with lychee jelly. The service is always friendly and drinks are always yummy.

Tried this place on a whim since we were grabbing lunch at the other food carts. I ordered the blended lychee with honey boba. I was super excited to drink this because lychee with boba is always my go to at any boba place. Well...I was a bit disappointed because the boba was mushy. I thought maybe it was just that first sip but as I continued drinking it, I realized every single boba was mushy. As far as the flavor goes, you couldn't taste the lychee very much. It was a very light lychee taste. So sorry to say I wouldn't go here again. You can't sell boba and your boba is mushy, right?

Boba Cart at Happy Valley Station. Some tasty foods to choose from as well, but I just stopped in for the Thai Tea. It was perfect.

Lots of options and usually quick service from the guy who works weekend evenings here. He always has a great attitude and makes conversation about our drinks
