Subway - Hanover

Ever since Alma left this place is just horrible. The customer service sucks. It?s like you?re bothering them when you order and the bread is ALWAYS hard. Their breads are no longer fresh. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me, the top of my mouth even hurts after eating their chewy stale bread. Wish the previous management was there. Nonetheless, stay away.

Sub was OK, not a full selection on veggies available. Meats were cross-contaimated with other meats. Veggies were mixed in with other veggie containers. Sub prices were $1.50 more than surrounding Subways. Will not be returning. Expected better. Staff was helpful

This location always takes their time with your sub and seems to put a little bit more of everything on it. Also the employees have always been friendly and never are angry you walked in the door, as I have seen with other locations. Just my experience.

I only ordered cookies and a drink...and found HAIR on one of my cookies. How does this happen?!!! Like why aren't their cookies pre-packaged any way. And how come they don't wear hair nets?? They barely speak any english, why is location in operation? I will not return to this location.

Closing team was absolutely the sweetest. Mixed up the one in the mall with this location when looking up hours so when I arrived at 8 they still took my order and was willing to pull everything back out for me and my friends even though they were technically closed. The store was very clean and well taken care of and they were still patient with us as we figured out what we wanted
