Jersey Mike's Subs - Hanover

Food quality is ok, but I have problems with the service every time I come here. Workers are slow, unorganized, and cannot facilitate online orders. They have either messed up the order or have made me wait longer than I would have had I ordered in person. On my most recent visit, the employees gave my order to another customer and I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order to be finished again. Would recommend never ordering online here.

Just sad and pathetic...hey Franchise owner!...wake up and stop hiring high-school dropouts...your Eric Andre comedian is a real winner; that's why you have no repeat business and zero profits?

I come here all the time but today was Very disappointing, I ordered The Original Italian..... Tasteless , I'm not sure if they have new people working in there But the Sub was not made right.....A complete waste of money and time. The customer service was excellent though.

This is the worst Jersey Mike's location in Maryland. Multiple visits to this location have been disappointing. I actually returned the following week to talk to the manager regarding one employee's poor performance. She advised she was going to fire him. Returned a month later, there he was. My last visit everyone was having a good time but, my food wasn't ready. Do yourself a big favor, avoid this particular location and visit the newest Jersey Mike's on Blue Water BLVD in Odenton.

Cashier was too busy to greet me and kept pushing my online order for one 6 inch for several customers that walked in after me, super annoying. I had to tell them it was mines was just throwing it on the back shelf. If I didn’t probably would have stood there another 5-10 mins. It was someone I never seen before typically I have good experience.
