Bidra med feedbackTried to have my order delivered to me. I work on base. None of their employees have base access. I had to cancel my order on the phone since the driver with my order couldn't follow simple instructions! I have yet to get a refund on my Chick-fil-a One card and the order is still showing up in my app! Do not order from this store. They will not work with you whatsoever!
I was on a road trip with my doggie and used the drive-thru service. The food is fine for fast food. Consistently flavorful, especially with Chick-fil-A 's signature sauce. I usually get a grilled chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and special sauce. ?Oh, and now the chocolate cookies are soft and warm.A big plus is their FRESH FRUIT CUP. I usually order the LARGE size. The diet Frostie (diet lemonade with softie ice cream) is also a good treat too. YUM!Vegetarian options: Order any of the sandwiches without the meat, kale snack, Mac cheese, 100 FRESH fruit cups, and salads.SOME OF THESE SUGGESTIONS ARE NOT 100 VEGAN.
As a regular customer at Chick-fil-A, I value their friendly atmosphere and delicious food. However, I recently encountered a pricing practice that I found surprising and somewhat disappointing. Chick-fil-A charges $1.25 for a cup of water from their fountain. In most dining establishments, fountain water is typically complimentary, or offered at a nominal charge if provided with a reusable cup. This fee at a fast-food restaurant, especially for something as basic and essential as water, seems unusually high. It feels out of step with Chick-fil-A’s otherwise customer-friendly approach. I believe revisiting this policy to either lower the cost or offer fountain water for free could enhance customer satisfaction and uphold the spirit of hospitality that Chick-fil-A is known for.
You should seriously consider running a single lane drivethru, if you can't manage your current double lanes. People cutting lanes every other time I visit, it's sickening me everytime. After I put in my order, I heard and saw this person on the other lane being told to be behind me when we merge. The employee pointed at my car and the customer turned around and saw me, acknowledging that her order was after mine. When the time came to merge, she berged in in front of me, looked at me, and continued moving forward. We were shocked. Who does this? Blame the education system or her parents? I just don't know. There used to be another person that manages the merging, but not today. She drove up to the pickup counter, employees brought out the order, of course it was my food. The employee had to bring it over to me and after the ignorant piece of scum got her order, we went our ways. We were pissed off and this kind of experience really ruins our day, lost appetite and tossed our breakfast. We had enough of this, won't be returning to this Chickfila. Would rather drive a bit further. Just sad.
What you expect vs what you get… could be worse but should be illegal
