Lotus Blanc Cafe - Hanoi

We didn't have a chance to try the food (probably good) because of the rude staff. The waiter didn't give us to sit on the 3rd floor balcony, even that there were people. I didn't quite understand the reason, but he was very angry, rolled-up his eyes to me and behaved so inappropriate. Even though we took a seat (the 2nd floor), and after 10 minutes waiting (tried twice to call the waiters, but they ignored us) we decided to leave.

Great alternative to the crowded and shaded views pho 10 bark noodle place above the road where the western tourists go because the other sheep, they say. lotus blanc has beautiful decoration, a peaceful ambiente and tasty eating, including for vegetarians. I found the service to be very good, to comment on some of the others here.

(plus) wide variety of Western Asian selection. different coffee selection. (downsides) not in the position to understand special request. can only be ordered in the menu. taste under average. pricey! despite the high inflation in the city of hanoi, it is still considered to be overdue. I spent more than half a million wnd with a standard 3 pax meal, but it tasted like street food.

Awful. My friend asked for no cliantro/coriander with her chicken pho as she is allergic, and I know there is a language barrier but we translated and showed her photos and made it very clear , my boyfriend asked for beef pho with no coriander as well. We received 2 chicken phos with tons of coriander. My crab and asparagus soup smelt so bad and had no asaparagus. Food was bland, our drinks were insanely over priced and the service was terrible. Would NOT recommend
