Bidra med feedbackService is very friendly and conscientious. Ramen is so good, I ordered Sio Ramen and it was really nice. The broth is great, tastes very close to what I had tried in Japan; pork and egg are well seasoned and perfectly baked; but the noodle itself is a bit too industrial, not the handmade kind. Price is worth the quality.
Friendly staff who took the time to explain and recommend some options (remove the saltiness when ordering Ramen here). The portions were sufficient and rugs were really good. They even let me swap the pig bell for more minced meat and didn't rush us out even if we eat dessert after the closing time. Would go again!
I've eaten my fair share of Rammen, Japan and even Michelin. This unsettling ramenstall I entered by chance even bleeded the taste buds of my skeptic woman. Make yourself a favor, order every dish with porkbrow and 6 pieces of gyoza. You won't regret it!
Here 3 times in 1 week stay in Hanoi! I love the tannins. Wish it a little spicier season we are friendly and beautiful. Good value for the crowd.
Melting meat, flavorful ingredients and fresh homemade noodles make it a perfect ramen experience. I’ll recommend to go for the set menu with nice dumplings and a small salad as sides. Price is reasonable for Japanese Ramen in HaNoi but much higher than local cuisine of course. Service was attentive and fast.
