Bia Hơi Ụ Pháo - Hanoi

Excellent place to get local beer. People there are friendly (without being excessive) and the location is brilliant. We were unfortunately there on the day Vietnam lost to N.Korea in the U23 AFC Cup. But until the second goal. The atmosphere was amazing. Even if it was everywhere, all seemed to maintain their spirits.

That's right, 300 Vietnamese men sitting around, smoking cigarettes, drinking beer, eating good food and talking loudly and enthusiastic. The food is ineffective, but we would not have experienced this place if we had no locals. If you speak Vietnamese or have a local guide, check out this place.
