Pizza was bad not cook inside I wanted to explain but the manger said she doesn’t care it’s how it’s cooked yellow

I'm really surprised by the low ratings at this Domino's. I'm not a fan of Domino's, but my family and I agree that this location is honestly the best we've ever been to. I tried pizza from this location about six times, and the food is always fresh and delicious unlike other Domino's pizzas I've had. We have ordered the pepperoni, veggie, and sausage pizzas and each time the pizzas have been consistent in their taste. One of the things I love about this location is that the staff is very generous with their toppings. The workers are also friendly and there is ample parking spaces in the lot.

The food is very cold and tastes bad. They made me wait a really long time and the customer service is bad. Nothing about this store is good. Definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered 1 large extra cheese pizza. When I arrived, the young lady that worked there gave me a old pizza. When I asked for a fresh pizza, she told me it was fresh and she started making it as soon as I ordered over the phone. She knew very well that it was old but she was still trying to give it to me stating that it was fresh. Then, I asked for the manager and she said the manager was not there at the time. Finally, she agreed to make me a fresh pizza and I had to wait additional 10-15 minutes. As a frequent customer, I had a terrible experience that day because my time was waisted and I was lied to.
