Domino's Pizza - Hampton

I ordered from this Domino's at 6:50 pm for delivery and paid. I was told to expect 24-45 minutes until it was delivered. At 8:10 I decided to call since the driver still hadn't shown and was informed they didn't deliver to my location after 5pm. So after waiting an hour for my food to never show and having an employee get rude with me on the phone, I decided to drive to the location and get my pizzas. When I got there they informed me I had to pay before I could leave with my pizzas when I had already paid $55 for two large pizzas. I told them I had and showed them and after having a conversation with their clueless shift leader who was not a polite person in the slightest, I had to have them refund me and then pay a second time for my two pizzas I found out that they had originally charged me an $18 delivery fee! That's absolutely absurd and this location is a waste of time and money, do yourself a favor and order Papa John's or Pizza Hut

The guy Shawn was pleasant who took my order. When it came it took awhile, I'm assuming they are short on drivers so I didn't mind the wait. My order was correct except I ordered a Philly cheese steak with extra meat an cheese and they barely put meat on it. I called the store an Shawn ensured me he would make it an send out another free of charge. I'm including what my 1st sandwich looked like. I will update my review once I get the new sandwich.

The pizzas were okay. But I lived in New York. They are not the same as New York pizzas and they cost less.

The staff here is incredibly hardworking! Messiah and Bianca are standout employees. Messiah even gave me half off my order because I was a friend of one of the team members working at the time. They are really helpful and truly exceptional workers! A big shoutout to Messiah and Bianca for making our experience so much better!

I ordered the $7.99 large three-topping pizza, and it was delicious as always! This was at the Domino's on Mercury Blvd. The staff was friendly and did a great job. Thank you, Domino's! Well done!
