Bidra med feedbackGOOD LORD. I don’t know who took over this restaurant but in the last 6 months this dominos went from being fast and spot on to being the slowest establishment ever. All I ordered was a large carrot pizza and the app told me 14 minutes and by the time I left my house it was already in the oven. I get there and let them know I’m there and they tell me it’s still on the line and hasn’t even been prepped. IF ITS NOT IN THE OVEN DONT SAY IT IS. We ended up sitting in the lobby for an extra half hour.
I somehow ended up messing up my own order by not providing the correct address. After waiting an hour for my food, I called to check on the status and that’s when they informed me of the mix-up. I spoke with a lady named Art—great name, by the way—and she was extremely helpful in resolving the issue so I could get my pizza delivered. Even though the mistake was mine, they still made a fresh pizza for me. Excellent service and delicious food. Thank you!

The restaurant always seems poorly managed and chaotic when you walk in. The staff looks overwhelmed and disorganized, which adds to the overall stress of the experience. I’ve decided not to waste any more of my time here, especially with MOD Pizza and Little Caesars just down the street, both of which offer much better customer service. I have friends who have had similar negative experiences at this Domino’s. Overall, the service is terrible. Save your time and look elsewhere; there are plenty of other options with a much better experience.
WARNING: This Domino's location has a policy that differs from others — they do not accept cash bills over $20. My boyfriend went to pick up pizzas for our kids, but he was refused service and told to get change at the nearby 7-Eleven. This policy is not mentioned on the website, where I placed my order. The manager was rude and explicitly stated that he wouldn't help us get the pizzas for our children. When I asked how to file a complaint, he insisted on telling me the process while I was looking at the website, which was frustrating. I ultimately hung up the phone. It is completely unacceptable to deny someone food and send them off to make change when such a policy isn’t clearly communicated! I did file a complaint and was later accommodated for the unfair treatment. This manager really should be replaced!
