Wendy's - Hammond

Waited 20 minutes for my curb-side order, had to go through the drive thru, have 2 different people looking for my order only for my food are made wrong and they literally had no other customers to the time.

Constantly, either not taking orders because they ain 't paying us or taking a long time for minimal people in the drive through.

This is the 10th time this year (2022) my food was atrocious from this locations. It all looked and tasted old. The large friend weren’t even half full and we’re soggy and cold. The chilli was so old I could turn the cup upside down and it wouldn’t budge. Literally couldn’t make myself eat my dinner. I won’t be purchasing from this location anymore. Their idea of what is acceptable food and my idea of acceptable food are too far apart.Plus I always catch attitude from the staff. I try to be patient cuz I get it; I lived off tips for years. But like, enough is enough.

I ordered burgers and chicken sandwiches without the bun and instead a lettuce wrap and they gave me one leaf of lettuce. The lettuce is supposed to take the place of the bun. They only gave me the lettuce that goes on the sandwiches. How am I supposed to wrap it in one little leaf that already goes on it? I feel jipped. And...I ordered NO onions,add tomatoes!!Smdh

I have been to this location on three different occasions in the last FOUR days between 8pm and 11pm and EVERY SINGLE TIME they 've greeted me with sorry we aren 't taking orders at this time well what effin time WILL you be taking orders because i 'm here because your sign says your open but when i pull up to the window and stop i see three employees leaned over the counter on their cell phones. They scattered like roaches when they saw me recording them. This is dumb. Hire people that WANT TO WORK BECAUSE I WANT TO EAT. that 's all. get your shiiiit together UNIVERSITY DRIVE WENDYS HAMMOND LA
