Smoothie King - Hammond

Came back twice to get a bowl I asked for extra hazzle nut drizzle my smoothie bowl is half liquid , they took forever and I never got my extra drizzle instead I barely got any need to bring back the old workers the girl and boy in there don't do a good job at all I go 2-3 time a week sometimes im jus gonna switch locations‍.

I wouldn't waste my time coming back to this place. It was bad enough waiting in a long line. Only two workers in there. While one leaves to go outside I suppose it was her boyfriend outside. He pulls up in a car. And he gets out to do something . And then they kissed and then she went back in .Needlessly to say she over charge me. Saying she put what I asked her to put in my smoothie and I know she didn't.

Today I ordered 32 oz. Used my $2 rewardbut noticed it didn't deduct from total. Went in to ask about it was told they were having problems with that. Well you should be trained how to do it manually. Lady never said anything about it. Need more communication skills customer serviceI am getting tired of their antics. Time to let you go.

Day shift makes hulks think like they are supposed to me. Night shift they are runny like water.Ruin a good product when no one gets it right consistently.Picture is me pouring some out and taking a picture so you can see. Not thick, not clumping, not good.

They were very consistent and respectful. I had a few questions about some smoothies and they were able to answer it right away. They were very helpful. I now come here alot! Also very clean.
