Taco Bell - Hamilton

They have to wait in the sound behind the building 3 cars deep. they are cut to food. also they do not get a quitting to even check that they were paid for food they had been shortened. good luck!

This place needs an important guide! they stack cars to the back to wait all the time for food. if they give up a mobile order, they give it to them, then they can't wait out of the line because the cars are still waiting on the park at a place. I asked the cashier how to leave her, says I don't know and closes the window, and don't order Mexican pizza, they always put her on the floor, then crushed. do hamilton better, do it better.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had. I was pulled up while numerous cars got their food. I sat there for 45 minutes waiting on my food. No one checked on me, no one even apologized. What an absolute joke. I tried to call and no answer, also the doors were locked so no one could go in to see why it is taking so long. Needless to say, save yourself some time and don't go to this location if you don't want to wait longer than if you went to an actual restaurant for your FAST food. Despicable.

This location needs shut down. Moldy food BEWARE! The past 6 times I've been there the order has been wrong. Today specifically though, the line was forever because they got every order in front of me wrong. The had me pull away from the window to get my food, lady walked out and handed the person behind me's order and after I touched it to check it, she handed him it after I touched it, not bothering to make new food. Finally got mine home, the nacho bell grande has nothing but old meat that was gray on it. The hard taco had a MOLDY shell, I bit it before I knew and it tasted horrible and I saw mold on it. All the meat tasted off. And to top it off they didn't even give a cheese cup for my nacho and cheese chips. I couldn't eat any of my overly priced food. The staff was rude and didn't know what they were doing. I wouldn't be surprised if they got every order wrong tonight.

2 stars because the food is as expected. Nothing great, quick snack. Low rating because of this new drive thru method the employees are using. You order your food, pull up to the window and pay, just to be told to pull around to the back of the building. Once there you wait 20mins and hopefully get lucky enough to be given the correct order. It's in shambles and the employees are putting forth lowest possible effort. May consider high street before trying here again.
