Subway - Hamilton

The young kid that made my sandwich was very rude. I could not hear what he said and asked him what and he snapped at me. I don't care if you are having a rough day you still need to be pleasant to your customers.

My boyfriend and I went to go get lunch from subway, had a terrible experience because Aniyah a worker at Subway was extremely rude speaking to me and my boyfriend, giving us rude unnecessary looks, and she didn’t even make my boyfriends sandwich right…

I was here this afternoon (1230pm) and I was super impressed by the cashier (long brown hair) There was the most difficult and rudest customer in front of me and the cashier was beyond patient and gave the customer so much grace. She went above and beyond because this customer treated her terribly. So thank you Subway Hamilton for hiring customer first focused employees. Kudos to her!
