Seven Oaks - Hamilton

Late lunch with a good friend! She had a good size cup of New England clam chowder and a grilled chicken sandwich, which she said was very good. From what I could see the soup was chocked full of clams and was very creamy. The sandwich was layered with all the fixings. I had a huge BLT on toasted rye bread with seeds. The menu said something like stuffed with bacon and holy bacon they didn't lie. Lettuce and tomato with a seasoned mayo. So crispy and perfectly chewy!! We split key lime cheesecake which was just perfect. Goid strong coffee and Jack Nicholas lemonade and ice tea) for drinks. The clubhouse is newly built. Open and very comfortable. Servers were accommodating and happy to help.

Best place to eat or sit at the bar in Hamilton. Period. And it’s one of the only places that is actually open between 2pm and 5pm LOL. Food is very good and we say that based on eating there 2 days in a row and ordering various things on the menu. Service is always good. Great choice to enjoy a nice view and to overhear how golfers shot that day.

Great alternative if you’re in town and tired of the usual! Food is ok.. a bit unseasoned, lacking sauces etc.. but that’s the MO in this town lol.
