Hungry Gannet - Hamilton

Eating is absolutely fantastic (the French toast and club sandwiches are for dying) the staff is really friendly and they tend to be served very quickly even if they are busy. my only wish is that they would accept contactless or card payments, as I rarely bring cash and find a pain to lift cash to visit this place. the online ordering system seems to never be available. truth is that I would probably give this place much more business than I currently do if I could pay with card instead of money.

Food is amazing, so fresh and tasty, amazing prices. None left to take a picture. Queue was a bit long but that could be expected with how good the food is and didn’t take long to get served. Nice friendly staff.

Went here for the first time and absolutely loved it . Food is fresh decent lunch time portions cakes were gorgeous. Staff were friendly even tho it was busy would have been nicer if establishment was a little bigger . Just falling over people to get in and out only about 10 in. Would highly recommend and defo go again.

Had an amazing breakfast here. The food was hot, fresh and well presented and the service was excellent! So friendly and welcoming.

I ordered an incredibly generous double cheeseburger with a spicy mayo sauce, accompanied by deliciously large fries. And let me tell you, the coffee was fantastic! There were so many tempting food options on the menu; I had no idea they offered such a variety. There were cocktails, healthy eating options, and indulgent treats (I even saw a smoked breakfast on the menu!). Although we were too full to try more dishes, we decided to take home a pie (they were sold out when we arrived, but they kindly offered to reheat it for us). We also got a Jammie Dodger cake, which was amazing. I’m quite impressed with the quality of the food, the service, and the decor. The Hungry Gannet truly is an exceptional place! I’m already looking for reasons to return to Hamilton West. Honestly, if I could, I would give this little gem more than 5 stars!
