Bidra med feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The server, a woman named TROLL, was the worst I have ever experienced. She really needs to understand the importance of treating customers with respect. We’re paying for our meals, not asking for special treatment. It’s essential that she acquires some basic manners when interacting with patrons. Tim Hortons is lowering its standards due to the behavior of its employees. They should be aware of this issue and offer training to help their staff enhance their customer service skills.
I’ve updated my review to reflect my experience. The service here is quite slow; there are five or six team members working at the drive-thru, but only one person attending to inside orders. At times, the restaurant seems understaffed for the line of customers. I really dislike Tim Hortons locations with drive-thrus, but despite this, the place is still great, and the team is very nice and friendly.
The staff were friendly, the place was well-maintained, and the hospitality was excellent. I had never tried an ice cap before, but a friend encouraged me to give it a go. The lady at the counter even invited me to sample it first. Oh my! I can confidently say that I will definitely order it again.
The dining area was dirty. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, but there was hardly any cream cheese on it. It was an overpriced bagel with just a small amount of cheese.
The drive-thru service is efficient, and the staff is welcoming. You can really sense the urgency from the baristas at this location.
