The Keg Steakhouse + Bar Waterdown

The service was amazing, our waitress Caileigh was friendly and attentive. She did a great job, and added to a great experience. We've been to this location multiple times and it never disappoints. Our food was the best we've ever had. My prime rib was tender enough to cut with my fork, the steaks were cooked to perfection, and were tender and juicy.

Just celebrated my birthday here, but have been a few other times. Service is always outstanding, always so knowledgeable and always go above and beyond for us. Food and drinks are always AMAZING! Thank you to our server this time, Jay, best service I have ever received!

I joined some friends and we sat out on the patio for dinner. Beautiful setup, the sun shining in and when it went down, the heaters came on and kept it cozy. There's also an outdoor gas fireplace that added to the nice ambience. I can only speak for my husband's my meal but we all found the complimentary bread delicious. He had the vegetarian meatloaf. First KEG experience and it was amazing. Party of 2, we were warmly welcomed and accommodated per our needs (asked for a booth). Price point is high but you get the quality for the money it charges. Service was amazing too extra star for that. Makes your steak how you exactly asked for; if not they are willing to re do to make you happy. Not many places offer this. People with sweeth tooth, try their Billy Miner Pie.

Had the best experience at this location, then any other keg restaurant. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend going to this keg and if you can get the server named Chelsea. She was super bubbly and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our dinner.
