Red Rockets - Hamilton

We've been ordering wings of red rockets for years, but recently we've been very disappointed. Wings were tasteful, but the wings were so small that I would never order again.

I rated my rating one. The reason we're still fans of red rockets. Again I point out that they have been here for a long time. The last two times we ordered that they weren't as big or consistent as they were in the past. One was New Year eve, for which I will give a Hallenpass. We had them two. After new years in February and definitely under what we had in the past. Not to say that they were terrible, just not the previous standards. We had them where they were still hot to pick up at home. They were very warm, not sure what happened. I always command and get there so I can get them right away and be home within 5 minutes. Wings have become more expensive everywhere. You're still very tasty. We'll still go there to get out, it could be that they're just so busy. I understand it's hard to please everyone.

We had bought here for 2 years and the food was always delicious and service was always great. We have bought wings from this place in the last few months and every time the quality has been getting worse. Last month we ordered 2lbs honey garlic for delivery and when the wings came. they were cold, muddy and very boiled. We couldn't eat them. We called the store to correct the problem or allow us to pick up new wings, and the employee told us a risk you take with the delivery, sometimes you get the wings that sit for a while. I'm sorry we can't do anything. It was an amazing display of customer service and completely ruined the love we had for RedRockets. We both will never go again, and we know so many people recently who have experienced "the same problem of underoccupied and cold wings in delivery without support to fix the problem.

Red Rockets has the best wings. We have a Super Bowl party. Nice and delicious. I would highly recommend this wing.

Not the healthiest meal option but once in awhile if you crave wings this is the place for takeout. Not a particular fan of the Caesar salad but the coleslaw is delicious.
