The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. Despite being a popular spot, I was left feeling quite let down by the lack of consideration shown by the staff. My son and I were unexpectedly delayed at McMaster Hospital, and when I called to inform them of our situation, hoping to either cancel my order or receive store credit, I was met with a cold and unsympathetic response. It's unacceptable to have such a lack of compassion for customers in difficult circumstances. I will not be returning to this establishment in the future. This incident occurred on June 9th, 2023.

The manager or owner shows a lack of competence and care comparable to a plastic plant. They are unable to explain the menu, neglect cleanliness, and seclude themselves in the kitchen. This negative attitude and incompetence extends to most of the staff, who often prioritize their phones over customer service. The establishment is unsanitary, with malfunctioning toilets, and its only saving grace seems to be the student clientele. It is in desperate need of a health inspection. If the individual in charge is the owner, I would not recommend opening any new stores under their management. If they are a manager, it reflects poorly on the absent owner and corporate office for allowing such mismanagement to persist.

My husband bought me a brown sugar milktea from this store today and it has something inside! Very unhygienic! Never going back again!! Disgusting!
