Bidra med feedbackFood wasn't very fresh. Mashed potatoes seemed to have been sitting for a while in the kitchen. Lamb butger was dry and overcooked. Atmosphere was good.
Coach and Lantern is the perfect place to enjoy a cozy drink and unwind. Their nachos are absolutely delicious! Be sure to make a reservation for the weekend to secure a spot. I have been a loyal customer of Coach and Lantern for many years.
We had our event here this past weekend.Pros: The server was very friendly and great, the food was good and came out on time.Cons: the AC broke which melted our event cupcakes and had everyone very hot, the pop was extremely flat, mess up on the salad kind.Overall would return I just wish we had known about the AC prior as it was a 30degree day with a small room and lots of people and kids running around. the server was great trying to open doors and let in a flow. can’t say enough great things about her service.
I would give a 0 if I could. We are currently in the restaurant. My husband and I sent our meals back twice. Not only were they cold but my “steak and kidney pie” had about an ounce of mushy meat under the crust. We were told the pies are not make in house so they have no control or input into the quality. Our waitress, Justine says there’s no management on staff this Saturday dinner time to complain to. The steak and kidney pie was $22.00 for nothing but mash potatoes and peas. I never tried the mushy meat because Justine removed my plate when I started to write this review. Ha…then we got the bill.
I made a reservation but when I arrived, they said it was just a request, not a reservation. Other customers were seated at our reserved table. I had dined here once before and had a good experience, so I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. The staff was unwilling to help us, so we contacted the owner. Unfortunately, we were informed that we were in the wrong. I will not be coming back to this restaurant.
