Excellent service with even better management! Come here every week with my family and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive to anything I need! The deals here are ridiculous, can't beat an $8 burger and $4 beer. If you're looking for a placeto have a good time, look no further.

We had steak and lobster with Caesar salad for Valentines dinner. Decent sized portions and a fresh salad.

I ordered a 14 oz. T-bone steak cooked well done, but it was nearly dried out. The fries were soft, unfortunately, and not crispy. On the bright side, the sautéed mushrooms were delicious. The ribs and wings combo was decent, but again, the fries were not crispy. The bruschetta flatbread was just okay, and my partner didn’t enjoy it at all. Our server, Joel, was great, but I wish he had mentioned the Honest To Goodness Fee of 3.00% added to the bill, along with HST and tip. It would be helpful for customers to be aware of this before they place their orders. I even noticed some people leaving the restaurant before ordering.

After being seated, we almost walked out when a server, Joel, finally approached us after 20 minutes. He was apologetic, polite, and did a good job despite the restaurant being short-staffed. There appeared to be plenty of staff present, but they seemed to lack direction, and it was unclear what they were doing. The management should reevaluate how they utilize their staff. Although a friendly young lady greeted us as soon as we arrived, once we were seated, we were left without any service. I’m unsure of the greeter's other responsibilities, but even something as simple as offering us a glass of water would have made a difference. Two other tables behind us ended up leaving in frustration after receiving no acknowledgment. Once Joel took our orders, two of us received our drinks, but we had to inquire after about 15 minutes for the other two drinks, which then arrived promptly. The food was quite good, except for the burgers, which all came without onions despite that being a listed standard on the menu. Lastly, I must mention that the cleanliness of this location was significantly below the standards of other locations we have visited.

This restaurant offers fantastic deals on appetizers and drinks. You can enjoy half-priced appetizers after 9 PM every day, along with ongoing drink specials. While the food is frozen and not gourmet, it satisfies those late-night cravings very well.
