Giovanni's Pizzeria - Hamden

Found an orange plastic string(? in the food, definitely not edible (i almost swallowed it . Pizza was too chewy in my opinion and chicken topping was too dry. Still in search for a decent pizzeria in the town....

Josh, who has taken over the family business from his father, has reached impressive heights that his family can take pride in. He skillfully blends traditional practices with modern technology in a business that necessitates both. Josh is not only pleasant to interact with but also possesses a remarkable amount of old-school talent.

The food is excellent, with generous portions of Italian classics offered at reasonable prices! The Chicken Marsala was amazing, and the pizza is delicious with perfectly seasoned sauce! My son, who is quite picky, really enjoys their pizza as well. The bartender was incredibly friendly too!

Ordered a large pie which was cooked to perfection, really delicious. Great local spot and friendly staff. I would definitely try them again.

We absolutely loved it! We traveled all the way from the West Coast, and this place is by far the best we've experienced.
