Croque Lagune - Hamburg

I have ordered food from this restaurant on two occasions. Both times the delivery person has been unbelievably rude to me. Just to clarify, I spoke in German both times as I can speak German fairly well it's just easier for me to write a review in English. The first time I ordered, the delivery person shouted at me and said that he shouldn't have to come all this way just to bring one crepe but that's not my fault because I ordered through lieferheld.de and met the minimum price requirements. The second time was much worse. I ordered a crepe and a burger. The burger meat was disgusting. The delivery person asked me how to ring my bell on my building because he had had to wait outside. I don't know this as I only moved here recently and he had my phone number so he could have called me. I apologised that he had to wait outside the door but he just stormed off and told me never to order from there again. I have never been spoken to like that in my life. If you treat all of your customers like that then I'm surprised you have any business at all... I am so offended because I didn't deserve to be shouted at like that and you really need to learn some manners if you are working in the service industry.
