Burgerlich - Hamburg

Friendly service, but food came at different times, wasn't warm, and didn't taste that good. The music volume is too high, for conversation.

The worst burger I ate! I went here because it was very hyped and famous. But it was the worst burger I ate (just 2 bites) in my whole life. The taste was really not good (pulled beef burger and Cheeseburger) just the fries were okay. Don’t spend your money for that burger! You pay just for the name!

Very clean and modern burger restaurant. Once shown to your table, you can order food and drinks via device built into the table. This was ok but sometimes it took multiple touch screen events to fill the order. It appears high tech but is a bit cumbersome. Our food arrived within 2 minutes of ordering and our drinks almost as fast. Meals were tasty. Service efficient and friendly.

The people were very nice explaining how the orders work and once we were able to select what we wanted, the food and drink came really fast. Really nice experience.
