Kfc - Hamburg

The place was a disaster Extremely dirty counters and floor There wasn't one clean table to sit and eat. Had to wipe our own table. Waited over 35 minutes because they continue to make. Our sandwiches wrong I tried to explain to the woman.How we ordered Them it was a basic thing on the menu And they weren't even made the right way As on the menu. We paid over $60 in food for a birthday. By the time we were able to sit and eat, everything was cold. People in the kitchen eating food as they were cooking. It really blew my mind on what was happening here. Staff extremely rude in kitchen talking about other employees. I will not ever go here again. Nor Will I recommend this place to anyone Had the same issue in Dunkirk, New York !!! Isn't like there was a crowd of us, there were 3 people. And we were the only ones there will never return.

Went to the drive thru waited 10 minutes and no one took my order. The employees were too busy screwing off. Not the first time either. I’m done with this
