Archers - Hambleton

This cafe has recently come under new management, and what a transformation it has undergone! The place has been refurbished, and the food and drinks are fantastic. I would highly recommend it.

We only stopped by this restaurant because everywhere else was full. Unfortunately, they didn't have latte coffee and the coffee I received was very weak. When I asked for a replacement, I was given something that tasted like mud. We ordered soup and tea cake, and when we inquired about bread buns, the waitress mentioned they might have some slices of bread somewhere. After waiting 45 minutes for our meal, which never arrived, we decided to ask for a refund. The waitress apologized and mentioned she was facing some issues. The table next to us requested sauce for their sandwich and were given a nearly empty bottle that appeared to have been taken from the trash.

Visited this morning for breakfast or more like lunchtime and we had an all day breakfast and a veggie one. Everything was cold nearly finished by the time toast came. The sausage was pasty nearly anaemic, bacon and fried egg were undercooked. Won't be going back as made me feel physically sick afterward. Looking at other reviews maybe it was just a bad day let's hope so. Should have known better when there was no where to dry your hands in toilet

Love to stop off and have a coffee while I am in town. This place does nice coffee and lovely ice cream!! Nice little place. Lovely staff. Prices are not too bad. Think they could just do with more staff there never seems to be enough for a bit quicker service. On the whole will stop off again.

A small down to earth café that sells good food at good prices, the food was all made fresh once we had ordered it and the staff were nice and friendly
