The old lady is so rude, she looks like no patience and so aggressive that she doesn't like her job.?

Dad! Johns used to be good. But tonight I ordered pizzas from them by a delivery service. You have half the order completely wrong. What little I was able to eat tasty. That's not * what I expected. Fortunately, the delivery service gave me a full refund. I will definitely not order from this place again, and I am even hesitant to order from other shops.

Never our pizza... took the order, just never said anything.... Was a disappointment for a couple....

Pizza left on the veranda but we have not checked contactless delivery. A whole pizza was the biggest. When I wanted to ask for my pizza, the debt was diverted to the delivery service. If she's the manager, she'll have to train better. The answer should have been, oh no, let me do this right and get your pizza out. Don't blame. Since I complain, I should also add that I never get my spicy garlic when ordering from here, but simply do not order anymore. After this meeting we go back to the Pizzahütte. The score system is better there anyway.

I place a large lunch order every Saturday for a staff of about 15. In April of 2022 I ordered from this location and my order was over 30 minutes late, we did not get an apology and nothing was done to make it right, so I stopped using them. Today I decided it had been long enough and we would try them again as they had some pretty good deals going on. Big mistake. I placed my order online to be delivered at 11:00 AM per their website their delivery hours at store 4619 are from 10am-11pm). At 11:20 I called the store because my order had not arrived. I was informed that they had just shown up to work and they had not even seen or started my order. I was then placed on hold for 40 minutes, then hung up on and sent an email stating my order was cancelled . The rudeness of the employee that answered the phone, the ridiculous wait time on hold the fact they can’t even show up on time… I will never order from ANY Papa Johns AGAIN!!! They have shown me that my business is not important to them. However, while I was on the ridiculously long hold I was able to place an order from Pizza Hut on Belknap and they had my large order delivered in record speed so my staff was happy and fed. No thanks to Papa Johns. I would love to leave zero stars but I am required to leave one.
