Little Caesars Pizza - Haltom City

I just moved into this area and my last little Caesars was amazing. They always allowed me to create my own pizza. I asked this place if they would do the same. The manager said she would do it for me too. I always get the peppers best and instead of the red sauce I get them to put the Jalapeno Cheddar sauce there. Then use the garlic butter and season on the crust. Sooo good

My wife always orders on the line and picks up in the portal, but they never send a message to the pizza we go when the time is up and they give it away to someone else.

People were nice, fast. Food was cold and I ordered online but my code opened empty box lol. He had to give me food since he was in the wrong Lol.

So put an order to pick up at 1935. Finally, at 840, after I had not received an e-mail for pickup and had followed my order that I was placed in the oven at 751, I went up there. Name not on the screen, no pizzas in collection, no greeting from staff or concern if need help. Anyway, you're asking for my pizza employee pumps on the lookout doesn't give me the Brownie I ordered, just who he caught is what I got. Pizza is half burned and not even edible, so the dogs were given. To all that no apology got, a free soda had nothing to do with a great evening. WILL NIE OR FOOD HERE AGAIN completely incompetent employees, who simply have no pride, self-respect or consideration for other hard earned money contribute to the salary they take home. Trash

There was a woman sitting down in the back on her phone ignoring the fact there were 6 ppl in the front ordering and just watching her phone and the one other person in the back with her doing all the work. Smh if ur gonna be on brake make sure it's not in customers view. To me it looked like she was bord and not happy.
