We were here with a large group (~20 people) and were very well served. the card has many ideen-rich compositions both in the area of drinks and when eating. the beer with the self-made syrup was the scratch. after having a grandiose basil fizz, I decided to take the home-accommodated lachs to the appetizer, which delivered a super performance besides his fellow players from spargel and avocado strawberry salad. after fish to the appetizer I chose a vegatarian main dish: band noodles with two sorts of asparagus and mozzarella. the spicing with fresh lemon melissa harmonized very well.The ambiente, we sat in the first stage, is very well tuned to the feeds. on the walls hanging pots with fresh herbs.It was a good evening with very good eating and drinking.
We had a 3-course menu from the map with a well selected wine recommendation of the house. the main dish - kalbsbäckchen - were excellent. at dessert gave a smallness to complain, but the service reacted elegantly and conciliatoryly.
An absolutely recommended restaurant - the dishes are almost border-genially matched to each other and each component unfolds a taste explosion. the service is very friendly and professional on zack. the music selection represents a change to the conservative old-known dining house dudel in other gastroopers, but keeps itself in the background. great also that the green remise is quite small with the around 40 places - so you feel family and well caressed. especially in halle, where many gastronomics spray low humans, this is a great change. the many crumbled on the wall are a beautiful idea.In the end, however, the exceptionally composed dishes can convince that are rethinked every month.
Were three times in the green remise. the card was promising, though not just when you stand on classics. a bark fillet should always be possible. Unfortunately, the cocktails and also eating were rather weak. if then the owner (Köchin) and the waitress go at 22:00 a.m., this is for the guest: please drink them out and go them. Price/performance is not balanced in the green remise.
