Wow! BEST seafood BEST meat ALWAYS fresh. BEST Service FRIENDLY employees and buyers, so another worldly shopping experience in the most positive way. I've never been blown away by a butcher and a grocery store. I have never seen anything more consistently fresh everywhere. And... Freds is the only store to wear kidney organs I know of! We flew the BUTCHER!

We have a 15 lb rib for Christmas Eve from here. What a difference if you get the butcher in Fred against a grocery store. This piece of meat was amazing and simply perfect.

This is one of the best butchers around! Your meat is perfect! Smoked, spiced or untouched, you will not be disappointed! It is superior to what I can get in the grocery stores! Be ready to wait because there is a line most days. Especially in the morning. I just stood out and waited for almost 45 minutes to open up and let people in, but it's definitely worth it. Yes, they have capacity limits monitored by employees. We always go here to get the meat for our special meals. This is a Clifton Park community guide that gives out everything!

Amazing business. Could be a bit bigger, sometimes it gets crowded, but it's worth waiting.

Four stars only because it was the first time I was there. I had a juicy and delicious reuben sandwich for lunch. It smelled great in the store. I will be back to get some custom cut meat.
