Blue Saphire Clarks Inn - Haldwani

We travelled by train to Haldwani, train got delay and I appreciate the staff for serving fresh cooked dinner at 1:00 oclock in the night. Breakfast spread is good. Swimming pool at the roof top. Good to stay hotel.

Worst service, nil expectations, will never visit this property again, poor staff, negative response .

We had Dinner and Buffet Breakfast here. We ordered north indian and it was good fare. The service was quick and professional

We ordered Thali's along with starters and soups. Thali's were amazing and costed nothing. Service was good and prompt. Soup was a bit of a let down, else would have given a 5 star rating. Hope they keep it up!!
