Goestases - Halden

We were really hungry when we came in, the chairs were unbearable to sit, we were almost at once. we had to wait 1 hour until our food arrived and it was terrible. I ordered a club sandwich, but it was just a pool of mayonnaise on a piece of brot, they could not see the floor of it. I think they should have paid us to eat here!

Relaxing, sunny place with fresh, tasty food (e.g. fish of the day) and desert (three choc mousse and lemon cake). great view of the harbour of the conservatory section. very friendly staff.

Hi! I have to share my experience here. it was one of our favorite restaurants in strømstad. we have not been there since the restrictions for travel due to the pandemic come. So we were very excited to come and try the food there...as I can say it was totally disappointing .. they had no whispers in the high season at the summer and the dish of the day was very poor and dry. you can see my picture. I'm sorry to write, but it's not good at all.

We ordered seafood and it was not fresh, but from the freezer. service was not available and meal was very expensive. best recommandation: stay away!

Good burger with average fries. Reccomended local beer was not a success. However, taste is a matter of preference... Noisy evening, but fun with Quiss, although we did not manage to get much right. With that said, our waiter was quick, fun and provided good...service.
