Zou 75 - Hailey

So disappointed this place is done/sold/closing. Hostess said the times are changing . Restaurant is closed, no , just a few appetizers in the bar.

Truly a fabulous dinning experience. We met our friends who go there a lot. The service the people the food was exceptional. As you can see form the photos we had many plates and sushi. All was fantastic. Our friends had Martinis as Zou is a specialty Martini bar among many other things. It will require many visits before we try their wonderful food and cocktails menu. Hahah! Enjoy!

We had a disappointing experience during our recent visit. The waiter informed us that the kitchen was handling a large order ahead of ours, which might delay my husband’s meal. We understood that it could take longer. However, his hot meal arrived 25 minutes before my sushi, and by the time I got my main course, he was nearly finished. The waiter barely apologized and didn’t offer any compensation for the poor timing of the dishes. This was supposed to be a special dinner for our 20th anniversary, and it turned out to be a big letdown.

We walked in without a reservation, and they quickly found a spot for us. Since we didn't have a reservation, we had no expectations at all. The staff was fantastic, demonstrating great teamwork! The kitchen crew was truly impressive. The food and drinks were exceptional! Who would have thought you could find such amazing sushi in Hailey, Idaho? Absolutely worth it!

Delicious food and excellent service! I always enjoy my visits to Zou!
