Bidra med feedbackShwarma to stir the senses and awaken the spirit. After a long day of exploration and adventure I was on autopilot. I didn't expect much. On arrival a man greeted me wherever I was. Beautiful weather and a chance to watch people I decided for a street bistro table. The menu simply and concise consisted of all elements of typical Israeli/Mediterranean cuisine. Stitching into the Seitan Shwarma, an ideal amount of spices, smoke and delicate texture, strengthened me from my slum and brought me back to life. Besides the Shwarma, my friends and I shared a black lens salad. My thoughts first were a bit tired because lenses can be quite often tasteless and most vegan restaurants do not flow a taste with the lenses. Here I close my mouth and take my thoughts back. There was a balance of savory and freshness to lettuce with seeds, vegetables and a citrus flavor that was sung on my palate. To say the meal imitates a traditional meal is an understatement, it took a simple dish and surpassed the standard taste and made it vegan. After our meal, a chat with one of the locals/owners sealed the experience. Each restaurant can be vegan, but this hit the nail on the head and landed us in a whirlpool of taste and fun.
Vegan, first. Up to the earth's environment, reasonable prices, various delicious vegan dishes and some of the menu dishes that are sometimes served (Vegan chulent! . The dogs are also friendly and the signs in the bathroom are wonderful.
Although I can't read Herbrew, there were the locals who sat outside who told me more than happy that this was the place I was looking for. My first time I've got jam, I'm dressed. The chances to find more vegan Shima, slim.... but that only means that I will be back. The sauces were so tasteful, I wanted to take them home. The black lens salad was also ordered and demolished. The location of the café was super hippy and fun. I'm just sad they didn't have a dessert.
The English menu had no desserts, Shawarma or the Sabich at 10 a.m., got the next to Shawarma, her carving in Pita, it was pretty good! Your beer was beautiful too! Very cool mood in fact their dogs were fun! Go 100% vegan!
The place is now called the rabbit hole but the food is still really nice. Very laid back and nice staff. Not pricey. There’s also a cat (or a few) who will keep you company
