Three Gums Bistro - HAHNDORF

We've been eating at the Three Gums for a few years, but the last time we had dinner there with friends was disappointed. Menu is a bit stale now and needs a change; my serving of food was more like a size and order... not right. The coffee machine must definitely change the worst. Very small cup, three-quarters full of foam and the tiny amount of liquid coffee was so strong I couldn't drink it and had to ask for a top-up of milk. I have never had a good cup of coffee, but have enjoyed good restaurants experience in the restaurant in the past, so hope that the standards again, as it is a beautiful environment in the hills.

I recently dined at the bistro with my son, parents, and nephews. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were extremely welcoming. The meals we ordered were incredible, including Gnocchi, Schnitzel, and a few children's dishes. Our meals all came out together and were delicious, well-presented, and on the pricier side. However, the prices were reasonable for the quality of food we received. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was delicious and nicely presented. The staff was very friendly and our meals came out promptly. Our kids really enjoyed their pancakes.

During our stay at the resort, we decided to dine at this restaurant. It exceeded our expectations. Matt was very knowledgeable about nutritional requirements. We indulged in a delicious three-course meal and thoroughly enjoyed it all.

I come here often.. and it never disappoints. A picuresque setting with views, the owner and his staff are friendly and attentive, and the food is always beautifully prepared, delicious and excellent value. A default go-to place when in Hahndorf. Can not go wrong here.
