This place is great for vegans, gluten intolerants and introverts! You order on an iPad, most products have an ingredient list but if not then can ask the staff. Plenty time to search and choose because you get served by a robot. The restaurant is quite original, you can order the sushis you want from an iPad at your table, you pay a fee and you can order as much and as many times as you want (or as you can eat). You pay more if you don't eat everything you ordered. There are more than 5 different vegan options (I didn't count exacty) but they are not labelled and the menu is in danish. But with the picture, time and a translator on my smartphone, I was able to figure out which one were vegan The staff is very friendly, even the robots
