Bidra med feedbackWe went to dinner last night and had a wonderful time. We were a big party and sat upstairs. Our waiter was very friendly and raved about how great it was to work for the owners. I love it when employees love that they work. Everyone really liked the food. I had the tuna and enjoyed it very much. We plan to return and recommend it to our friends.
I've dined at this restaurant six times in 2012, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The waitstaff are very friendly, even on busy nights, and I never feel rushed. The decor is simple and unobtrusive, with good lighting that isn’t too dim. It's a BYOB place, and the staff has great timing when it comes to opening bottles and clearing empty ones. I always start with a soup for my first course, and it has never let me down.
The food was great. We had to share every dish because they all sounded so good that no one could open their minds what to eat. And the staff were helpful and didn't make us take our time, no rush, had to eat a long time and laugh what is the best Italian culinary experience I had outside Italy. Great experience.
My wife and I dined at 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night and were seated right away. The decor was surprisingly stylish for a restaurant located in a lovely mall setting in downtown Haddonfield. Noise was not an issue at all. I chose the beef short ribs based on a recommendation from a friendly regular at the adjacent table, and I started with the risotto balls, which the enthusiastic waitress suggested. The risotto balls were decadently buttery, and the ribs were incredibly tender and satisfying. My wife had a salad and the pork medallions with mushroom, though I can't quite remember all the details. I'm not the most observant person, but I know she enjoyed her meal. I’ll admit that my favorite part of the meal may have been the delicious bread—I couldn’t resist finishing two baskets! We will definitely come back and make sure to save room for dessert next time. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience.
Absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff were friendly, and the food was spot on. I tried the Fra Diablo, which was perfectly portioned with just the right amount of heat (though it might be a bit spicy for those who aren’t fans of a kick). The cannoli was also delicious. I visited for my brother's birthday, and he highly recommended this place—he was definitely right about it. It’s definitely worth the trip from Bucks County. Great job to the staff!
