Dunkin' - Hackettstown

Everyone in town has given this owner a chance but there are never any donuts of sandwiches after lunch and every cup of coffee tastes like its from the bottom of an ashtray. Idk who is in charge but whoever sounds like they're running the place justcurses and paces the entire time ppl are there. Dont waste your money here.

The drive-thru at this restaurant is poorly managed and the staff seems indifferent to customers having to wait. I witnessed two employees arguing about their schedule while another employee was busy on their phone. Despite the lack of attentiveness, I patiently waited for my food and change. However, when the employee finally handed me my order and money, they then openly looked at the tip jar outside and then back at me. Overall, the service was lacking and unprofessional.

I love Dunkin Donuts, but I will always remember the time I ordered a large iced mocha, light and sweet with two extra shots of espresso. Unfortunately, the teenagers working there gave me a large cup filled with two shots of espresso and milk, with no ice, coffee, chocolate, or sugar. It tasted like coffee-flavored 2% milk and was horrible. Despite knowing the caffeine would be drowned out by the milk, I drank the entire thing because my three-year-old son was with me and kept telling me to drink my milk to grow big and strong. I didn't want to undermine myself by not listening to him, as he might use it as a reason to avoid eating vegetables in the future. Thanks a lot, Dunkin employees.

The drive-thru service at Dunkin' was extremely disappointing. There was a long line of cars stretching out onto the street, and our order was not made correctly. This seems to be a common theme at fast food drive-thrus since COVID. Many of my friends and family members have had the same experience. It appears that there is a lack of training and competence among the young staff working as servers and order takers. This experience has made me hesitant to visit any fast food restaurant in the future.

Terrible... first gave me the wrong coffee, then the wrong sandwich, hash browns supposed to have 6, I got 1, and 1 smashed into unedible peices.. I don't there was iced coffee in my coffee either, tasted like the syrup and oatmilk without coffee
