Mcdonald's - Gwynedd

The customer service at this restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered takeout inside the restaurant and asked for a bag, but instead the girl gave me a tray. When I requested a bag that I had already paid for, she threw the bags at me, causing the chips to spill all over the tray. She didn't say a word and was extremely rude.

Last month i went to bangor mcdonald's only to be treated horribly by a member of staff with dark hair and tanned skin around age 16-18 , he was utterly rude and laughed at my order when i asked for a salad as i am a bit over weight. I will not be coming back here as long as he still works there.

Used drive through after using the app to order… told to pay extra by the guy on the till, it turned out he was incorrect! Given hot food with missing items and told to wait for ice cream. Food is now cold and the staff come to the car to say the machine is now broken. Yes ok it’s busy but each occasion we have visited there has been issues it’s never hassle free……last visit I will make! Avoid

Hubby me went here for our lunch last Tuesday. The car park can be a bit of a nightmare as it is busy and not all drivers obey the one-way system! I ordered/paid £11.16) via the screen, but collected the meals from the counter. Hubby enjoyed his triple cheeseburger, large fries large tea. My grilled chicken bacon wrap/large tea was OK. I was pleasantly surprised that my large fries were actually HOT.

Food freezing cold. Milkshake like water and tasted disgusting. Mozzarella dippers were cold and like rubber. Nuggets were Luke warm at best. Don’t waste your money!!
