Pizza Orleans - Gurnee

I have ordered from Kaisers for years. We like to support small local businesses. However, this time when I ordered they wanted to charge me an extra $7.50 for crispy chicken versus grilled chicken on a 10 inch pizza. I have had ordered this for years with a minimal up-charge. Kaisers has always been on the more expensive side, but worth it until now. I was told the reason was COVID. While I understand that businesses are trying to recoup losses, consumers are also trying to do the same while still supporting local businesses. I am disappointed to say the least and will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place was good but not the best. The fried garlic bread app was just amazing but the pizza just sort of fell flat. Definitely not that impressive but our server was fun and kept things interesting.

Kaiser’s negligence caused my dog to become lame not able to walk! We have ordered from them for years but lately their quality of food service has diminished. Last night I called asked FIVE times to have the delivery driver call or text when food is on porch and DO NOT ring bell or knock because we have a senior dog recovering from injuries. Not only did the delivery person ring the bell, he rang it twice plus knocked! My dog was so agitated she slipped in the hallway and now cannot walk from new injuries! When we called to talk to the manager all we heard was excuses: they don’t have enough staff, the person taking the call was new, the owner will call us to apologize...still waiting for that call. We have spent thousands helping our dog with her spinal degenerative disease only to have 9 months of progress eliminated with one dang pizza delivery by Kaiser’s who doesn’t give a flying f*ck. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. They don’t care about you, their quality or doing the right thing for their customers. They think volume is the answer not for this family who used to support them as one of our favorite local establishments. NEVER AGAIN.

Ed and his staff provide great service and have the best pizza around. I have eaten in many times, trying multiple things on the menu and everything has been very good. If I order pizza for my crew at work, this is the only place they want it come come from.

My family carries out about 1 time per month. Recommend the thin crust pizza. Their pan style is a little too much dough. Look for 20% off coupon in local mailings.
