Chuck E. Cheese - Gurnee

My 4 yr old niece had an amazing time. I had not been there in about a decade. However we had a bad experience with the manager Stephanie. Every one there was so nice, friendly and helpful. But this lady Stephanie was very rude and nasty the way she spoketo her team members behind the counter in front of other guest and children.

Hands down one of the best places to take the kids. The manager Crystal explained to me in details there new times cards. Haven't been here in so long it was nice to have the friendly manager and her team help me understand how they no longer havetokens. Wow I'm old! But again shoutout to the manager Crystal and her excellent team

After spending $250 with my finance for 90 mins to take 5 kids for a little Sunday fun we found a game and we're winning so Stephanie came over and unplugged the machine mud play, refused to refund the time we had been playing and refused to refundeven the single game credit. She made our 8 year old cry and walked away smiling behind her mask. She said the game wasn'tsupposed to drop tokens but it's a coin waterfall game and that's its design. You had better believe they'll be reported to thebbb, corporate and the Illinois gaming commission. Update: I was told that someone would reach out to me further aboutcompensation and they blew me off.

Young Gentleman by the name of Drake welcomed my family and me. Let me day his hospitality was Awesome. Haven't encountered this experience from such a young person before. What a wonderful experience. Thank you Chucky Cheese m highly recommend!!!
