Applebee's Grill Bar - Guntersville

They always order the same 2 things because they are the only 2 things that are decent. wonton tacos and the 4 cheese mac and cheese with honeypeat chicken. each time, including this time, I have to give fresh chicken with extra sauce and extra sauce in mac and cheese, otherwise they are awfully dry and what they know they didn't let me down. it was the most dry pasta and huh I ever had. I'm pretty sure they gave me pasta before the cheese was added. terrible experience. money wasted. not sure I'll come back after that.

Our lunch was amazing today. we had the sweetest waitress named bethany. She took care of us so well, I recommend seeing her.

Service and staffing are getting bad. Not sure if they are simply trying to cut corners to make more money or what. But it was not to busy when my family went waited 45 minutes for food and my daughters fries were still cold and slightly stale. Like they had been left on a plate for a few hours. I used to like going to Applebee's... but it will be a while before I go back
