Bidra med feedbackWe used 5 B's BBQ as our Catererer for our wedding. Jessica and the team at 5 B's were world class and helped to make our special day so special. The food was fantastic! They were very attentive to our guests with food restrictions and worked with me to ensure that all our guests were covered and they were spectacular in cleaning (note: this is an additional service fee for our particular place and not part of the standard catering). I cannot recommend it enough!!!
Updated October 2022 Review: They are in a new location about 6 blocks west of their old location directly at the Safeway. The BBQ is the best in the valley. From now on they are still partly under construction and will add more space at a later time. It will be a great place to hang up, watch the game, drink a beer and play corn hole. 2018 Review: Want to go the bomb BBQ in Gunnison, this is the place. They are pretty busy after 6 in the summers and at noon. Their fried pimples are delicious and so is their BBQ. Family owned and operated. You too!
I love ribs. Not all ribs are the same. That was good ribs. Wife had pulled pig. She said it was very good. Brands were good, a little on the spicy side. Kornbrot was fine, like the Cheddarbiscuit. I'd go with the Texas Toast. Excellent stop.
Standing BBQ joint. The brisket was a little too damped in the texture (beginning to trend towards pot roast texture) but the taste was good, like the pulled pig. The hot compound was really good, and had an Italian sasage quality to taste, I would definitely recommend it. The cookie was tasty, the Mac and the cheese were average and the baked beans were slightly above average. My wife enjoyed her loaded baked potato, like my child his brisket meal. Easy to park a long RV or trailer setup over the road, so the access during travel was also easy with a combined truck/trailer length of 60'.
It's not Texas, but it's great BBQ in Colorado. The pulled pork sandwich was amazing, with very fresh Cole slaw and great french fries. My wife had the tatornator, a baked potato with brisket and Cole slaw. After traveling NM and CO, I was happy to see sweet tea on the menu. The staff was very nice and the prices were perfect. Give this place a try.
