Cork Street Cafe - GUNDAROO

For dessert, we shared the sticky date pudding drizzled with butterscotch sauce and served with ice cream, which was a delightful treat. Overall, it was a wonderful meal made with fresh ingredients, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Plus, they have a BYO wine policy, making it a great spot to bring some local world-class wines. Highly recommended!

I firmly believe in second chances, so it's time to revise my previous assessment. The menu is now finely crafted and absolutely delicious. The daily specials are always a delightful treat, the coffee is excellent, and the service is outstanding. The ambiance is lovely, with beautiful furnishings and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The entrance feels like a welcoming embrace, making it feel like you're among family. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this wonderful café and gallery—you won't be disappointed!

My partner J and I decided to take a drive from Canberra to visit the Cork Street Cafe and Gallery in Gundaroo for some pizza one weekend. I called ahead to confirm their Sunday hours and make a reservation. Gundaroo is only a 35-minute drive from Canberra, making it a great choice for a quick escape from the city. To my surprise, I discovered from the sign outside that the cafe is located in the old horse stables—such a rustic and charming setting!

The cork street caffe is located on the beautiful garden area of the old gundaroo police station (with which must see the earthquake before place) with a selection at indoor or outdoor dining options. their pizzas and large salads are the best we have ever eaten (many vegetarian options also) and the customer service is 5 stars. everyone is welcome, including their dog friend. they are licensed so that they can weep / beer with their delicious meals. we recommend this caffe for everyone!

Today traveled through the city and was happy to find this little jewel. pizza was great, we ordered the California pizza and added prosciutto.
