Delivery service a disaster! Almost 2 hours delivery time, then completely cold and almost completely false food delivered. On request we were told that we would have to order more if we wanted what we ordered. Otherwise there's something else, without questioning. That would take too long. We ordered two hours before the conclusion of the business. It wasn't leaking either... Never again!

We've been to Bella for years. The food was always good and the delivery times were also fine. Lately, it has been noticed that the quality is more and more neglected, something wrong has been delivered or forgotten. Today we ordered there at 6:00 and after two hours there was still no food. We called to ask when the food comes and we were asked when we had ordered. We'll be at 6:00. We were then told that you called us, but no one would have reached. The only problem with history is that nobody called us. I checked in the router for security, whether a call from Bella has been received, because we may not have received, but nothing has been entered. After that, we called again and the boss just meant good day and set up. Ordering there is no longer a question for us.

Order food. After 60min by phone, someone would be on the way. No one came after 30min. Called again. Don't even apologize and say you shouldn't order again. Thank you for the advice; there are also other good restaurants!
