Arby's - Gulfport

The lady working at the drive thru today was very rude not only to me but to others as well. She needs to be dealt with by management and taught some customer service skills, she clearly has none. She shouldn't be working with the public.

Got the new Prime Rib Steak Sandwich all week after the advertisement on tv. Looks delicious on TV, but like everything on TV, there is also reality. Honestly, the biggest and greatest disappointment... one of these photos is from the TV and the other is what I got. Can you say the difference? Can you say meat paste?

I chased Arby's outbreak. Finally! Terribly disappointed. For years at this point. The meat was so thick and the bread was mush. Put the sauce on to get the taste, but could not chew the meat. Spent nearly $50 for my family of 4. We all threw it quite into the garbage and had to order pizza because we were hungry and it was late. I'm destroyed. I always loved Arby. The cheese sticks were great! But the meat was not thinly peeled and I had more tinder beef. Only heart broken over one of my most missing restaurants

I ordered two gyros and a Reuben, but they shorted me on the Reuben. I drove all the way back, and they acted like they were doing me a favor by making it fresh again. When I got home, I discovered that the Reuben was still missing. Arby's may be pricey for a sandwich, but I expect to receive what I pay for! This isn't the first time this has happened, so I’m done with this place.
