By way to visit the Familister, we took a break at the Baltazar Knight. My god, fortunately!!! This is a mandatory place if you go to Guise: people are adorable, chat and seem happy. The setting is beautiful, with a mini terrace surrounded by vineyards to the walls, cats that come and let themselves caress, games of society, objects to look everywhere, a couch that can't let go so well. As for what we drink and eat and well, it is the same order: the pies of our great mothers are there!! The pastries are prepared behind the bar and the drinks are delicious. As for the boss, he's a passionate man. He says, give his recipe, talk. Well, you understood the message: go ahead!!!

Tres bon salon de thé et broquante. A warm and friendly atmosphere for board games. We had a nice time. I recommend.

Very charming tea room in Guise! Everything is homemade (so the card changes all the time depending on the owner's inspiration), with good products. The decor is really nice and warm!
