Bidra med feedbackI’ve only ever reviewed one place on Google maps before.. This place, however, has screwed up my orders enough times that I cannot ignore sharing my experiences any longer. With the exception of one single instance, every order I place here gets messed up in some way. Usually, I’m just missing an item or two. Today, however, I was informed that my drive-thru pickup order was delayed. When I went in 45 minutes later to find out the status of my order, I was informed that it was at the drive-thru window. This Panera location frequently fails to communicate changes in order status and offers NOTHING to rectify the problems that arise due to their negligence. The food is great, and I would expect as much when it’s largely pre-packaged from a larger supplier. It’s just the service and communication that make me want to stay clear of this location.
Best Panera in the area! Beautiful, cozy restaurant, helpful, knowledgeable staff, and in a great location. There is a lovely fireplace that really brings the whole place together. Panera's food is always great, no matter where you go.
They have managers that don't know how to manage anything. Ask them a question, they don't have the answer. They always forget everything through the drive through. Ask to speak to a manager. He doesn't have the answers. He doesn't know anything, Do a better job of hiring people who Knows a little something about something. You work in the food industry, but you don't know anything about it.
We had coffee, smoothies and a Chai latte. The smoothies and the latte came out quickly and were tasty. The coffee however took forever. They had to brew a new pot of decaf and it was not available for a while at the self service area.
The broccoli and cheese soup was awesome, the steak sandwich was ok, I've had better coffee. Cashier was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
