Tiffins - Guildford

We ordered takeout from this restaurant a few weeks ago and our order was missing the naan bread. Last night, when we received our curries, the containers were only half full. This is completely unacceptable. We will not be returning to this restaurant. Cutting back on food portions will result in losing customers, so it's a lose-lose situation for the restaurant.

I ordered two butter chicken dishes from Deliveroo. The food arrived promptly and was warm, but unfortunately both the garlic naan and butter chicken were flavorless, prompting me to add salt myself. If I wanted mediocre Indian food at home, I could easily make it myself. I used to be a regular customer of Tiffins and always enjoyed their food, but after this experience, I won't be ordering from them again.

Came here for a Christmas meet up with friends. Great service, tasty food at reasonable prices and a great selection of dishes available Seems like bad experiences with delivery companies might be skewing their ratings, but from my experience it’s an excellent place to go for a curry

Mazing food, nice customer service and the prices were brilliant! The food here is as close to Indian food as you can make it to be. Thoroughly pleased with it.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant, but the person taking my order did not understand English or even their own menu. I finally placed my order, asking if the king prawn puri starter came with a small side salad and was told it only came with mint sauce. However, when my order arrived, there was no mint sauce. When I tried to ask the delivery guy for some, he told me to call the restaurant. After multiple calls, I was told that the dish did not come with mint sauce, despite it being included when dining in. The restaurant refused to make it right and instead offered me two mint sauces next time. I was disappointed with the service and the quality of the food, so I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
